Established in 1996 through a collaboration between the Government of India and the State Government of Kerala, the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) is the fifth IIM to be established in India. Spread over about 112.5 acres of land, IIM Kozhikode, is situated on two hillocks in the Kunnamangalam Area of ancient city of Calicut in Kerala. Job Description

CESI invites applications for the contractual position of a Research Fellow             

• Work on conceptualizing & data collection and writing cases and
• journal papers under the guidance of CESI members.
• Support Research Activities of the Centre
• Support minor administrative activities of the Centre such as report generation, activity report
• Support seminar/conferences/talks/events conducted by the Centre
• Conducting field study by vising field
• Coding and transcribing data

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Phd in Organizational behavior/ Strategic Management/ Sociology or Social Psychology.
• MBA or Post-graduation in the field of or specialization with Human Resource Management, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, Psychology, Sociology

Essential qualifications

• Good publication record
• Exposure to quantitate and/or Qualitative Data Analysis including SPSS/R/STATA/NVIVO/ATLAS-Ti or similar tools

Desirable qualifications & experiences

• Typing Speed above 25WPM with 95% accuracy.
• Ability to read and write in other regional languages such as Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil etc.

• Experience of working on field-study based research projects.
• Sound written and oral communication skills in English.

Salary

Rs.50,000/- 75,000 (Consolidated)
