Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor program implementation, providing strategic direction and leadership to SCERT/BSA/Block office of Uttar Pradesh state on the program under the guidance of Central team.
• Facilitate the development of content and pedagogies, to support learning in young children.
• Facilitation and ability to transact information in creative ways using activities in teacher training /workshops. Design and innovate the training plans for school leaders and teachers.
• Plan and execute work as per defined objectives of project(s).
• Capture quantitative as well as qualitative data as per designed research tools
• Build relationships and foster collaboration with different stakeholders (government bodies, NGOs, CSOs) to ensure effective support.
• Engage, manage and communicate with all stakeholders on the project(s).
• Field visits to schools, blocks, districts and state as per the need of the program.
• Carry out Impact assessment of the project in coordination with state education office
• Ensure and enhance capacity building of the team members to use a wide range of data (qualitative and quantitative) to analyze progress to goals, evaluate and increase effectiveness of the program.
• Any other tasks as required

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years of work experience in addition to fellowships experience if any.
• Minimum Qualification is Graduation in any streams
• Fluency in Hindi and English languages
• The person should be willing to take up responsibilities and shows rigor, enthusiasm and intent for solving problem with limited resources available.
• Job requires a decent amount of traveling within the territory of Uttar Pradesh mainly in Lucknow and Sitapur.
• The person should regularly and passionately engage with students, teachers and community members in a planned manner for ensuring smooth execution of the program.
• Ability to work in small teams and multitask as required.
