Job Position	School Engagement Associate

Salary	As per the market standards and based on relevant work experience. Range 3.6 Lakhs - 4.80 Lakhs
Roles & Responsibilities	The School Engagement Associate is a key position to ideate, plan and execute CSR partnerships and engagement avenues with Schools. This is a collaboration effort to push for technology adoption in skill building programs offered by one of the largest global technology companies. The incumbent will be responsible for: Partnerships(50%) Identify schools in line with project or program requirements and reach out to them to explore collaboration avenues Present the collaboration-canvas to the top management of the school and work-out a plan for time-bound adoption of the platform. Work with technology providers to set-up partner-specific channels for activation and push for hand-holding of partner schools. Engagement (50%) Conduct orientation sessions for principals, teachers, students, and other relevant stakeholders. Design and implement engagement strategies to improve learning outcomes. Coordinate with principals, teachers & HODs of partner schools to on-board new learners and ensure learner engagement. Support learning and skill development of students. Manage learner data and records of project focal points for better coordination and implementation. Monitor and track the progress of students/youth.
Qualification & Experience	Graduate/ Post-graduate degree in any discipline with an understanding of the social/development sector in India. Domain knowledge of education sectors in India Prior experience of working with schools will be an added advantage Effective writing, communication and presentation skills Non-believer in 9 to 5 work culture and ready to accept tight deadlines and deliver accordingly We expect the incumbent to be a self-driven professional with an aptitude to deliver the best and contribute to grow the platform to newer heights. 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience is desirable
