IFCI is a Systematically Important Non Deposit Taking Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC-ND-SI) in the public sector. IFCI is also the Verifying & Monitoring Agency for various capital subsidy schemes. Under Corporate Advisory, IFCI is offering financial advisory, ESG advisory and other Project advisory services to the Corporate & Government sectors. Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline with MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/ Chartered Accountant / Cost Management Accountant / CFA.
Maximum Age
- 38 years as on 31/07/2026
Experience & Skills required
- Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in a Bank/ FI/ NBFC/ Consulting Firm in any one or more of resolution of stressed assets, corporate credit, project finance, appraisal, monitoring, recovery.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth credit appraisal and evaluation of financing proposals, including assessment of financial analysis, business analysis, economic analysis and project risks analysis of various industrial sectors.
- Undertake project appraisal and financial modelling to assess viability, profitability, sensitivity analysis based on cash flows.
- Initiate and support recovery and resolution actions for stressed assets/NPAs, including restructuring, settlements, assignments, follow-up and recovery proceedings under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), DRT etc.
- Undertake valuation of land, building, plant, machinery and equity.
- Prepare comprehensive credit notes, appraisal memoranda, and recommendations for approval authorities.
- Develop, maintain, and analyse MIS reports related to credit, portfolio performance, and recovery activities.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities, statutory auditors, and inspection teams, and facilitate compliance with audit requirements.
- Perform any other duties, assignments, or responsibilities entrusted by IFCI from time to time in line with organizational requirements.
