1. Position: Senior Consultant- SANKALP for NCVET, MSDE, GoI
Number of position: 1 (One) Delhi
Educational and other qualifications	Qualification: MBA/ BE/ B.Tech /PGDM/ Masters(Economics) from reputed institute/ university. Should have good command over English (both written and verbal). Proficient in handling computer and office related tools. Proficiency in English and Hindi language Experience:  Essential .Minimum 10 (ten) years of professional experience 4+ years’ experience in a top-tier consulting firm/multilateral institution At least three years in skill related job. Desirable Experience in formulating polices. Handling govt  projects/ schemes. Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and documentation skills; Should have experience in implementing projects in multi stakeholder environment. Should have designed/carried out studies and research projects in skilling and livelihood Understanding of IT system (web page, MIS and mobile application) Willingness and ability to travel extensively; Should be able to operate in unstructured environment with minimal support.
Age limit	40 years
Scope of Work	Design and support various activates being undertaken at NCVET. Preparing concept notes, analytical reports and other project and policy documents. Coordinate implementation of guidelines and policies Research and analysis including monitoring of ongoing research projects. Handling and processing of various proposals including coordination with central ministries, states, govt organisations and other stake holders in skill ecosystem. Preparation of periodic reports. Analytical &Dash boarding skills. Project Management skills certification in this area will be added advantage technology. Knowledge of new age technology & process of application of those technologies. Knowledge of handling government RFPs will be added advantage. Any other work as per NCVET requirement.
Period of Contract	The appointment to the post will be purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year, further extendable subject to satisfactory performance and requirement of services for another year. The performance of the consultant will be reviewed every year and the contract shall be extended or discontinued (as the case may be) depending on the performance. The decision of NIMI shall be final in this regard.
Remuneration (per month)	1,50,000/- to 3,00,000- consolidated pay from which standard TDS will be deducted at source. Not entitled to any other allowance or benefits. (revised salary)
Selection Process	Selection will be done on the basis of performance in the personal interview by a selection committee. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. At the time of the interview, the candidates shall produce their original certificates for verification.
Attendance and leave policy	The working hours will be the same as for NIMI. No extra remuneration shall be paid for working beyond office hours or on Saturdays/Sundays/gazetted holidays. Compensatory  leave in such cases shall be at the discretion of the competent authority.
Confidentiality and secrecy	The consultant maintain confidentiality and will not divulge any information gathered during the period of engagement with the NIMI to any person who is not authorised to know the same.
