Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and self-driven candidate who would like to have a challenging and meaningful career path in talent acquisition and social sector. The candidate should have in-depth subject matter knowledge, expertise, and experience. Timely, high-impact, and quality delivery of goals at scale would be essential and will be a key performance measurement criterion. S/he will support the recruitment initiatives for VisionSpring in India. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying the current as well as future hiring needs of VisionSpring, advertise job openings on various channels, and source the best and most diverse candidates for our organization. The goal is to ensure VisionSpring provides a positive employee experience and is recognized as a sound employer brand. S/he will be based out of Delhi NCR (Noida), India.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers for writing job advertisements for open positions.
  • Recruit directly or with the support of recruitment firms.
  • Advertise job ads on job boards, careers pages, and social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Recruit from campuses.
  • Implement employee referral plans.
  • Provide interview feedback as needed.
  • Answer the queries of candidates related to the hiring process.
  • Periodically update the job descriptions, such as adding tasks or modifying requirements.
  • Helping with onboarding of new hires.
  • Analyzing retention and turnover rates for the purpose of forecasting hiring needs.
  • Determining requirements, eligibility, and qualification criteria.
  • Evaluate candidates based on their assignment and interview performance.
  • Update on the status of open jobs to the Hiring Managers.
  • Initial screening of the applications and updating candidates on the hiring processes.
  • Sourcing candidates via online platforms (e.g., databases, professional networks, etc.)

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources.
  • Min 5 years of experience in non-IT hiring.
  • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding writing and grammar skills in the English language.
