Job Preview:

Ennoble Social Innovations is actively seeking a Sr. Fundraising Manager to join our Mumbai-Sakinaka team. He/ She has to have excellent leadership skills and networking abilities.  Good relationship with donors, excellent communication. Organized and target oriented.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development and implementation of strategic business and operational plans to  support the University of Greenwich in delivering Education without Boundaries. 
  2. Work closely with schools, and research centres to identify fundraising priorities and  opportunities. 
  3. Meet agreed annual financial targets to contribute to the overall target and ambition to  achieve incremental growth in fundraising. 
  4. Collaborate with the wider team to plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns.
  5. Work with colleagues, specifically the Prospect Research Assistant to build, maintain and  continually seek to expand a healthy- strong pipeline of prospects making sure that all  progress is tracked, monitored and reviewed on a routine basis.
  6. Manage, develop and motivate to prepare donor proposals, donor stewardship and the  planning and execution of events related to the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of  donors. 
  7. Participate and support internal and external fundraising steering groups, boards or similar  entities. 
  8. Oversee the maintenance of accurate information regarding all communication with  existing and potential donors, funding submissions and other stewardship activities. 
  9. Deputise for the Head of Alumni and Fundraising as appropriate. 
  10. Ensure that all fundraising activity is conducted in an ethical manner.

Requirements and Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a  fundraising and partnerships role. Experience with social or development sector organizations  is preferred.
  • Minimum 6-12 years of relevant experience in donor fundraising/resource mobilization/  business development, including five years at the senior level
  • Proven track record of establishing high-value partnerships and meeting fundraising targets;
  • Experience in networking, negotiating, and influencing, at a senior level and with high-profile  clients;
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish  personal credibility and communicate a compelling vision to drive results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and an understanding of proposal writing
  • Good knowledge of the social development sector.

Experience: 5-10 years of Fundraising.
