Senior Project Officer

ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE OF INDIA (EDII) INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR THE POST OF SENIOR PROJECT OFFICER FOR GOA:

Position: Senior Project Officer - 01

Location: Goa, Preferred: Goa Resident

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Commerce, Management, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Tourism or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in entrepreneurship development, livelihood promotion, enterprise creation, community mobilisation or project implementation.
• Experience working with SHGs, women entrepreneurs, government departments, development agencies and industry stakeholders preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, MIS and reporting skills.
• Fluency in English and Konkani is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project implementation and ensure achievement of targets and deliverables.
• Liaise with Government Departments, educational institutions, development agencies, financial institutions and industry associations.
• Mobilise potential entrepreneurs and support enterprise creation, financial linkage and market access.
• Plan and conduct entrepreneurship/enterprise development training and capacity-building programmes.
• Monitor beneficiaries, field activities and project outcomes.
• Prepare MIS, progress reports, case studies and project documentation.
• Undertake field visits and coordinate with project teams for smooth implementation.
• Support the Project Coordinator/Regional Office in other programme activities as required.

Type of Employment: On a Contractual basis.

Maximum Salary: Rs. 75,000 CTC per month
