Job Description

Scale is deeply rooted in Udhyam’s ambition.  Partnering with the Government enables Udhyam to achieve its ambition of creating High Impact at Scale.  Govt schools are home to the largest base of students belonging to the underserved segment. This role is responsible for forging strategic State Partnerships and collaborations which enable the adoption and  scale up of Udhyams’ ‘Entrepreneurial Mindset Curriculum’ across multiple newer geographies in our country. 

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Built a strong network across the stakeholder spectrum of politicians, bureaucrats, Govt officials and  educators in your previous roles.
• Worked in the education sector, and familiar with the structure and workings of Govt education departments.
• Managed high impact  projects in an environment with multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated ability of having built trust and respect with the stakeholders
• Worked with remote/ central teams and managed smaller teams
