Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that aligns with CSRBOX's initiatives, capturing the essence of our impact stories and engaging diverse audiences. This role demands technical expertise in video editing, storytelling, motion graphics, and 2D animation to create compelling narratives for our campaigns, training modules, and events.

Roles &  Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Perform the full range of editing tasks, including splicing, sound balancing, and applying color correction and color grading techniques.
• Edit raw footage to create engaging video sequences that convey CSRBOX’s mission and impact stories effectively.
• Review scripts and raw materials to align the final product with the intended objectives.
• Enhance video content with graphics, motion effects, and transitions to ensure a polished final product.

Motion Graphics & 2D Animation

• Create and integrate motion graphics, simple 2D animations, and VFX into video content to add depth and appeal.
• Develop animated content for training modules, campaigns, and presentations.

Pre-Production Planning

• Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for impactful videos.
• Assist in storyboarding, scripting, and planning shoots.
• Organize and manage audio, video, and project files to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient storage of assets.
• Maintain an archive of past projects for easy reference and reuse.

Quality Assurance & Review

• Review edited footage to identify and rectify issues, ensuring consistency in quality, tone, and branding.
• Provide recommendations to improve content and align with best practices in video production.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Degree in Communication and Media Studies, Fine Art, Visual Art, Graphic Design, Photography, Film/Television, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in video editing.
• Expertise in industry-standard software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong skills in color grading, storytelling, and post-production workflows.
• Prior experience as a video editor or videographer, particularly in the social impact sector.
• Proficiency in motion graphics, VFX, and 2D animation.
• Technical knowledge of professional lighting, photography, and videography equipment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work.
