We partner with corporations, NGOs, and educational institutions to create impactful scholarship programs that empower individuals and communities.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our team and play a crucial role in engaging with students, teachers, and colleges to enhance participation in our scholarship programs and establish meaningful partnerships.

Responsibilities:

●    Student and Teacher Engagement:

○     Develop and implement strategies to engage with students and teachers, promoting awareness and participation in scholarship programs.

○     Organize outreach activities, webinars, and events to connect with the target audience.

●    College Outreach:

○     Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and educational institutions to promote ScholarsBox scholarship programs.

○   Collaborate with college representatives to facilitate program participation and address inquiries.

●    Partnership Development:

○  Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with educational institutions, NGOs, and other relevant organizations.

○     Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to enhance the reach and impact of scholarship programs.

●    Promotional Activities:

○     Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and attract participants.

○     Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.

●    Event Coordination:

○     Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and information sessions to connect with the target audience and promote scholarship opportunities.

●    Feedback and Improvement:

○     Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess program effectiveness.

○     Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements based on feedback and changing needs.

●    Data Analysis:

○     Analyze engagement metrics and participant data to track the success of outreach efforts.

○     Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.

●    Training and Workshops:

○     Conduct training sessions and workshops for students, teachers, and college representatives to enhance understanding of scholarship programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in engagement, outreach, or partnership development, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to set and achieve engagement targets.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative strategies to increase participation.
• Excellent organizational and event management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Knowledge of the education sector and scholarship programs is a plus.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Passion for promoting educational opportunities and making a positive impact in the community.
