CSRBOX Impact Practice is a leading social impact consultancy that partners with corporations and non-profit organizations to design, implement, and measure impactful social initiatives. We have partnered with Invest UP, the nodal agency of the Government of Uttar Pradesh, for business and CSR investment in Uttar Pradesh, to play a catalytic role in executing impact-driven CSR projects in the state. Our team will be working very closely with the State Government leadership and business leaders to identify potential areas of corporate-government synergies and design pathways for impactful delivery of CSR projects.

Position Overview:

CSRBOX Impact Practice is searching for a passionate and driven Sr. Associate-Social Impact to join our team in Lucknow. In this role, you will play a critical role in fostering collaboration between CSRBOX, corporations, and the government to create positive social change and address critical societal issues in the UP state.

The Role and Responsibilities:

• Strategy and Partnership Development:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders in the state
  • Collaborate with corporate partners to identify CSR initiatives that align with their goals and the needs in the state
• Project Management:
  • Manage the implementation of social impact projects in collaboration with government, corporate, and community partners.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee data collection and analysis to measure the impact of social initiatives.
• Communication and Reporting:
  • To manage UP CSR Portal with support and guidance from the senior team members
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress, impact, and challenges for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop communication materials (e.g., presentations, reports, case studies) to showcase the success of social initiatives.
  • Manage communication with government, corporate, and community partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the social impact sector, government relations, or related field.
• Strong understanding of social issues relevant to the State and India as a whole.
• Experience in project management, proposal writing, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (highly desirable).
