Roles and Responsibilities:
Training-
- Enable smooth flow of trainings of different subjects.
- Coordinate with the subject teams for planning and executing the training programs.
- Analyse the feedback on the training programs received from the teachers and other training participants and help incorporate in subsequent trainings.
- Liaison with Education department, MCD for the permission of the training.
- Prepare an annual training calendar for the training program in all subjects.
- Strengthen the Resource Centre with academic resources and teaching learning material pertaining to all subject in Primary Education.
- Prepare and submit event and training reports.
- Maintain up to date records in the Learning Management System.
- Document and report the progress on the allocated tasks.
- Adheres to and participates in internal capacity building workshops that includes Child Safety and POSH.
Administration-
- Issuance of instructions /Advisories/Notices/Updates to various desk/departments based on TMF Directives /directions from Head office from time to time.
- Collate any administrative/Disciplinary inputs received from Project Manager and update record sheet.
- Update Finance desk to process payment to vendors and resource persons.
- Monitor attendance of training participants, compile and share with the Education department, MCD.
- Maintain staff attendance registers.
- Receive all equipment’s/stores/stationeries purchased by the ITEI and take on the Ledger stock.
- Issue equipment’s/ stores/ stationaries to the various departments, entities as per requirements/direction.
- Carry out quarterly/annual stock taking board of all property/equipment to identify loss breakages/ abnormal wear and tear.
- Handing/Taking over of assets within the departments between staff.
- Monitor electricity, water, telephones usage and bill.
- Monitor use of printers.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, interviews, counselling of staff/ students with the Project Manager.
- Liaison with electricity departments, water supply board, local vendors for constant supply of expendable.
- Monitor safety and security of the establishment.
- Monitor the internal administration desk, coordination with other departments and staff record.
- Use and support in Microsoft Office desktop applications, audio-visual equipment including laptops, projectors, screens, pointers, and other classroom devices
Other Activities
- Contribute to the development and publication of bi-annual ITEI Newsletter.
- Plan, coordinate and participate in events organized by ITEI.
- Attend seminars and workshops which are intellectually relevant.
- Support the MIS team, in collecting relevant statistics.
- Any other task assigned by the Project Manager, ITEI.
