Position Overview:

The Senior Fellow – CEO’s Office will act as a key strategic advisor and project manager, supporting the CEO in driving organizational priorities. This role involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives, conducting research and analysis, and ensuring seamless execution of high-impact projects. The position requires a highly motivated individual who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Role and Responsibilities:

Strategic Support

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to support decision-making by providing data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and detailed analysis on key initiatives.
  • Assist in formulating and executing organizational strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Project Management

  • Lead and coordinate critical cross-functional projects and ensure their timely and effective execution.
  • Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and provide regular updates to the CEO on progress and potential roadblocks.
  • Drive special initiatives as directed by the CEO, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments.

Research and Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze organizational performance data and recommend actionable insights for improvement.
  • Support due diligence and evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Represent the CEO’s office in meetings, preparing follow-ups and ensuring action items are completed.
  • Coordinate with board members, senior leadership, and external partners on behalf of the CEO.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive operational efficiency within the CEO’s office, including prioritizing tasks, managing schedules, and handling confidential matters with discretion.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Support governance and compliance activities, including preparation for board meetings and other high-level discussions.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Post-graduate degree in social development sector having a multidisciplinary academic profile.
  • 5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.
  • Proven track record of working on strategic projects and executive-level initiatives.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Strong organisational skills with the foundation of learning attitude

  • Successful execution of high-impact projects and initiatives.
  • Quality and timeliness of strategic analysis and reports.
  • Positive feedback from the CEO and other senior stakeholders.
  • Enhanced operational efficiency and communication within the CEO’s office.
