As an educational and leadership institution based in Dundlod, Rajasthan, the initiative Dundlod Connect is dedicated to building the future of India through the youth from the rural areas of India. To be able to do that our young participants get inducted into the Rural Youth Fellowship (RYF). Equipped with an outstanding 3-year curriculum for the youth of the country, the RYF trains the fellows to solve real-world problems and drive themselves towards achieving their professional goals with an innate understanding of themselves. 


Position Summary

As the ‘Strategic Partnership and Branding Manager’, your role will entail B2B & B2C partnerships as well as highlighting the uniqueness and achievements of the RYF to make it into a brand. With a self-driven entrepreneurial mindset, you will be playing a leadership role in the recruitment and orientation of new fellows as a part of the RYF. Finally, your position would be that of an influencer and mobilizer in pursuing & promoting the vision and mission of the RYF through online and on-ground campaigns, and driving the youths from rural parts of India, across the country to join the fellowship.



Key Responsibilities

As the lead of partnership, marketing and outreach actions, your roles and responsibilities will primarily involve but not be restricted to the following: 

  • successfully reach out to & mobilize key stakeholders in the programme like parents, prospective fellows, communities and educational institutions

  • co-design & lead the on-ground and online recruitment & outreach activities of the RYP, 

  • manage & execute the orientation of new fellows into the RYP,

  • lead and manage the user engagements through social media platforms (use social media for volunteer mobilisation, sustain interest of our supporters, etc.)

  • build and maintain strong grassroot and key contact with organizations for the purpose of impacting & building long-term relationships on behalf of Dundlod Connect's programme goals and objectives.

Desired Qualification & Skills

While we encourage everyone with a passion to bring upon positive social change to apply; however, as per the need of the role, we are looking for someone whose skill set matches the following: 

  • has an experience of a minimum of 5 years in the space of marketing, branding and communication

  • preferably graduate in media/ mass communication/ social sciences 

  • has excellent communication skills 

  • is adept at using MS Office & tech savvy

  • is fluent in English & Hindi

  • having experience of the social impact space is preferable but not mandatory (has been a part of a fellowship programme like Gandhi Fellowship/ TFI is a plus).


The RYF is based out of Dundlod, Rajasthan.
