Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.
This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following: .
This role helps in creating strategy documents for the ED, SHSB , such as slides, concept notes, draft policies, and communication drafts based on discussions within the Digital Transformation Cell or with the ED, with respect to digital health interventions.
- Collaborate with SHSB to identify strategic priorities for digital health interventions.
- Develop Annual report, Pilot Demonstration report and SOPs for final submission.
- Facilitate Review meetings conducted based on Analytical model developed for programmatic review.
- Develop comprehensive strategy documents, including slides, concept notes.
- Prepare communication drafts to effectively convey strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
- Ensure all documents align with state health priorities and digital health objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of strategies and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Desirable Qualification & Experience
- Master’s degree in public health, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in drafting strategic documents and policy papers.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategy development, policy analysis, or a related field.
Essential Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting clear and concise documents.
- Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and engage with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with public health policies and digital health frameworks.
