This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Will be responsible for the operational aspects (Day to day operations, performance management based on SLAs training etc.)
• Will identify the gaps in the operation based on Process/knowledge /technical requirement for smooth functioning.
• Will be responsible for the content management and updation.
• Monitoring of agents posted under them.
• Preparation of Rosters.
• Transaction Monitoring for all the agents under them.
• Feedback on TM to the agents.
• Flexibility to work in all the shifts’ ability to do night duty when posted.

Desirable Qualification & Experience

• Graduate with Minimum 2 Years of Experience In supervising call Center Operations.
• Experience in a reputed international or a large non-governmental organization would be preferable.

Essential Skills:

• Good Communication Skills (written and verbal)
• Team Management Skills
• Good Knowledge of Call Center Management
• Good Analytical skills
