Job Description
The Team Leader, Individual FR, will be responsible for training and supporting fundraisers to recruit quality Monthly Giving donors and achieve monthly targets. He/she will also be inspiring donors to commit to monthly giving. They will lead efforts to identify outreach venues, ensure team-size as per plan, engage potential donors, and ensure the team effectively communicates ChildFund’s mission to drive successful fundraising campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for achieving the team’s daily and weekly targets in line with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes setting individual targets for team members, managing their performance with support from the Manager, Face-to-Face Fundraising, and meeting personal fundraising targets.
- Implement the individual regular giving fundraising strategy in collaboration with the Manager, Face-to-Face Fundraising.
- Monitor fundraisers' daily performance, provide feedback, and offer motivational support to help achieve targets.
- Generate leads and support in organizing outreach fundraising events at Corporates, commercial complexes, RWA’s, etc.
- Report to the Manager, Face-to-Face Fundraising on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis with updates on progress toward agreed targets.
- Facilitate the orientation of new team members and provide ongoing on-the-job training.
- Work closely with the HR department to maintain the required number of fundraisers in the team.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of ChildFund’s programs, campaigns, and causes to effectively communicate with potential supporters and ensure team members can do the same.
- Keep the team motivated and foster a positive team environment to expand the supporter base.
- Develop and implement innovative training concepts, methodologies, and strategies for Face-to-Face Fundraising.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Graduate with minimum 3 years of fundraising experience with exposure of handling a team and demonstrable track record is preferred.
- Prior knowledge and experience of individual donor acquisition through face to face fundraising is preferred.
