About the role:
At Uninhibited as we focus on strengthening the system of adolescent menstrual health, data is more than numbers—it represents the voices and experiences of the communities we serve. We work to advance menstrual health for adolescents through behaviour change, systems strengthening, evidence generation, and advocacy.
As we expand our technology infrastructure, we are strengthening our data-driven decision-making and tech-enabled solutions to enhance impact, scale our helpline services, and integrate into institutional frameworks. The Technology & Data Insights Manager will play a key role in leading data strategy, technological development, and digital innovation for menstrual health programming.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Strategy & Insights
- Design and implement data frameworks to track programme effectiveness, measure impact, and inform decision-making.
- Develop real-time dashboards and visualization tools to support teams in using data for adaptive programme management.
- Use predictive analytics, AI-driven insights, and machine learning to improve user engagement and service efficiency.
2. Technology Leadership & Helpline Integration
- Oversee and optimise Uninhibited’s helpline technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality for assistants, doctors, and callers.
- Lead the future integration of the helpline into government health systems, ensuring interoperability with public health initiatives.
- Work with developers to improve app-based tools for helpline assistants and frontline health workers.
- Identify and implement new technology solutions to enhance programme reach and accessibility.
3. Research, Advocacy & Evidence-Based Scaling
- Conduct research and impact assessments to drive menstrual health policy and advocacy.
- Use data-driven storytelling to inform and influence stakeholders, funders, and policymakers.
- Strengthen Uninhibited’s positioning as a leader in menstrual health technology and evidence-based programming.
4. Learning & Capacity Building
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that help teams optimize impact.
- Train internal teams, helpline operators, and government partners to use data for decision-making.
- Foster a learning culture where data and technology drive programme design and improvement.
Who You Are
You are a data strategist, a technology innovator, and a systems thinker. You take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and believe that data and technology should be accessible, scalable, and mission-driven.
Qualifications & Experience
- Four to five years of experience in data strategy, technology-driven impact, or research in public health, gender, or social development sectors.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Technology, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong skills in data analysis and visualization, including Excel, R, STATA, Power BI, Tableau, and Google Data Studio.
- Experience managing technology-based interventions such as helplines, health apps, or chatbot-based support systems.
- Understanding of AI-driven data insights, machine learning applications, or digital automation tools.
- Comfortable working with government and institutional partners to scale technology solutions.
- Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory) and willingness to travel as needed.
Renumeration:
INR 9,00,000- 12,00,000 per annum, depending upon skills and experience
