About the Organization

ICAR-National Rice Research Institute, Cuttack, Odisha has received accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) under the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard for chemical testing. This accreditation is effective from December 24, 2024. This accreditation encompasses three key laboratories namely, Pesticide Residue Laboratory, Micronutrient and Heavy Metal Laboratory and Food Quality Laboratory covering 84 parameters under the Groups, Residues and Contaminants in Food and Agricultural Products (Pesticides and Heavy metals) & Food and Agricultural Products (Micronutrient and Food quality parameters) for rice and rice products. The ICAR-National Rice Research Institute, Cuttack, is committed to provide the highest quality analysis conforming to international standards in the scope specified.

Job Description

Implementation of the project activities in the farmers field/ data collection, data analysis, presentation, documentation of the result, official works etc.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• B.Sc. in Agriculture / Biotechnology / Environmental Science / Botany.

Desirable Qualification:

• Experience in soil, plant and water analysis work in lab and field experimentation and preparation of scientific/ technical reports/papers, Experience / Knowledge skill.

Salary

Rs. 30,000/- p.m. (consolidated)
