About the Organization

Rajasthan was the first State in India to establish the Mission on Livelihoods, in September 2004, under the chairmanship of the Hon’ble Chief Minister in order to address the challenges of unemployment and ensuring gainful and sustainable employment. The objective of creation of RMOL was to formulate appropriate and innovative strategies to promote and facilitate large scale livelihoods for the poor and vulnerable people.

About the Proposal

Apply for RSLDC MNSKSY 2025-26 EOI for women skill training in Rajasthan. Online submission till 23 Jan 2026. Processing fee ₹30,000.

Empanelment of Training Providers (PIAs) to conduct short-term skill training for 5,000 girls/women of Rajasthan under the MNSKSY Scheme, including training, assessment, certification, and placement support.

Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC) has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) for empanelment of Skill Training Providers under the Mukhya Mantri Nari Shakti Kaushal Samarthya Yojana (MNSKSY) 2025–26. The scheme aims to provide industry-relevant skill training and placement support to 5,000 girls and women of Rajasthan, enhancing employability and livelihood opportunities. Eligible organizations with proven experience in skill development, training infrastructure, and placement linkage may apply online through the ISMS Portal using SSO ID. The EOI covers high-demand sectors such as Healthcare, Beauty & Wellness, Apparel, Retail, Logistics, IT-ITES, Handicrafts, and Solar Energy.

Target Beneficiaries

• Girls / Women (Age 16–50 years)
• Rajasthan domicile only

Eligibility

• Registered Training Providers / Institutions / NGOs / Companies / Trusts / Societies / PSUs
• Minimum ₹50 Lakhs average annual turnover
• Minimum 3 operational training centres
• Experience in skill training & placement preferred
• Priority for Category “A” districts (Annexure-13)
