RFP - Anaemia screening at Nand Ghar

Background

Nand Ghar- Anil Agarwal Foundation (AAF) invites proposals from qualified NPOs, CSOs, social sector organizations, implementing agencies conducting healthcare camps under its flagship social impact initiative, Project Nand Ghar (NG).

Objectives

To reduce anaemia prevalence among children (2–6 years) attending Nand Ghars through innovative, non-invasive, and technology-enabled/ AI interventions:

• Early Detection
• AI-Enabled Monitoring
• Preventive and Curative Care
• Nutrition and Behavioural Care
• Scalable, Evidence-Based Model

Scope of Work

The selected implementation partner will be responsible for:

• Deploy AI-based, non-invasive hemoglobinometers (ICMR-approved) for digital anaemia screening at Nand Ghars, ensuring validated, accurate, and real-time data capture.

• Conduct nutrition and health education sessions for children, parents, and caregivers to promote iron-rich diets, hygiene practices, and behaviour change for anaemia prevention.
• Integrate AI-driven analytics and innovation with national and state anaemia programs to develop a scalable, replicable, and evidence-based model for underserved communities.

Expected Outcomes

• Early detection and prevention of anaemia prevalence among Nand Ghar children.
• Improved nutritional practices and health awareness among children and caregivers.
• Enhanced community engagement in WASH, preventive health initiatives.
• Better linkages with Arogya mandirs

Eligibility Criteria

• Proven experience in implementing anaemia related programs or similar projects as per the SOW.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage at-scale projects and deliver results within specified timelines.
• Strong track record of working with government agencies and community organizations.

Timeline

• Project Duration: 1 year
• Deadline for Queries: 5^th November 2025
• Proposal Submission Deadline: 10^th November 2025

Payment Terms

• Invoices to be raised on quarterly basis.
• Payment – Reimbursement post submission and approval of invoices raised.
• Payment to be released within 45 days of invoice approval.

Terms and Conditions

• Nand Ghar reserves the right to accept or reject proposals.
• All intellectual property developed shall remain with Nand Ghar.
•Agencies must adhere to branding, communication, and data confidentiality guidelines.
• Use of Nand Ghar logo requires prior approval.
• Data collection must follow national ethical guidelines.
