Job Responsibilities

• The Assistant Professor of Law (Commercial Laws/ Insolvency specialisation) role is critical to ensuring specialised course delivery and advanced research supervision within the programme.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• LL.M. with 55% marks (or equivalent) in Commercial Law/ Insolvency Law specialisation with a good academic record from a recognized university
• UGC-NET/SLAT (Law) OR Ph.D. in a relevant discipline as per UGC Regulations
• 02 years Teaching Experience in Commercial Law/ Insolvency Law specialization
• Quality Publication in Commercial La w/ Insolvency Law specialization
