Job Title: Field Associate - Waste Management Project
Location: Nashik (Field-based)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
About the Role
The Field Associate will be responsible for on-ground monitoring and coordination of a waste management project being implemented across three sites in Nashik. This is a field-based role requiring daily site visits and close coordination with the Nashik Municipal Corporation to ensure smooth and regular waste collection and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily waste collection at all three designated project sites.
- Visit all three sites regularly to monitor waste collection and on-ground operations.
- Coordinate with officials and field staff from the Nashik Municipal Corporation to ensure timely collection and adherence to schedules.
- Oversee the entire waste management process at the site level and flag any operational issues.
- Track daily activities and share basic reports/updates with the project team.
- Support smooth project implementation through continuous field-level supervision.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Candidate must be based in Nashik or willing to work from Nashik.
- Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler is mandatory for local travel between sites.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and daily travel.
- Basic understanding of waste management or municipal services (preferred).
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Preferred Profile
- Prior experience in field operations, waste management, urban development, or municipal projects will be an added advantage.
- Valid driving licence required.
