Female & Male Supervisor, will undertake the quality supervision of the data collection, providing hand holding support to the team (field investigators) through QAQC process (Spot-check, back-check and audio-check) and ensuring the data collection timely in her/his assigned district/blocks. S/he will ensure complete adherence to protocol, and high efficiency and quality of data collection. They will work in close coordination with the State RMLE team (PD/ SPL/PL/Sr Analyst) and accountable for the overall success of the RMLE data collection. Based on the need they will also collect data in other than the assigned districts.
This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
• To ensure a high level of adherence to the data collection protocol by field investigators. • To ensure maximum efficiency of data collection by developing an efficient operational, travel, and logistics plan.
• To maintain data sanctity by conducting rigorous and time-bound (10 to 15%) back-checks, spot-checks and Audio checks of the data collected by the Field Investigators
• To monitor field investigators, maintain their daily output.
• Ensure zero tolerance in case of data fudging.
• To provide hand-holding support to field investigators during quality supervision visits.
• They should also conduct interview of service providers.
• To conduct primary data collection as and when required by the RMLE team.
• To support in maintenance of logistics and field movement planning.
Desirable Qualification & Experience
• Essential:
o Bachelor's degree or post-graduation in any discipline with two/three years of relevant work experience in public health programs.
• Preferred:
o Experience in managing teams or groups of people, maintaining field operations and supervision of field teams with timely completion of tasks.
o Requirement: The candidate must possess their own Android mobile phone for data collection. o Must have two-wheelers with driving license.

• Essential Skills:
o A good understanding of Maternal, Newborn, Child Health (MNCH), immunization programs, process observations (VHSND) and existing public health system in Bihar.
o Experience in using digital data collection tools.
o Ability to collect data using Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI).
o Understanding data quality tools and processes.
o Monitoring/supervision and management of Teams.
o Experience in collecting data using mixed method study tools.
o Good understanding on data privacy and ethical principle of data collection.
o Understanding of data collection Methodologies and processes.
• Communication skills:
o Able to communicate in all local and regional languages (Bhojpuri, Maghi, Maithili) in Bihar.
• Travel: The candidate must be willing to travel extensively within assigned districts and across various divisions in Bihar as required by the project.
