Please find below the detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

● Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive training sessions on AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Data Visualization.

● Teach foundational to advanced topics such as data preprocessing, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and insight generation.

● Guide students through hands-on assignments, real-world projects, and capstone exercises using industry-standard tools.

● Develop and continuously improve teaching materials, lesson plans, lab manuals, and student assessments.

● Monitor student progress, evaluate performance, and provide individualized feedback and support.

● Promote soft skills including communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem- solving in data-driven environments.

● Engage with internal teams to support student placements and career readiness initiatives.

● Ensure a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learners.

● Stay updated with industry trends and adapt content to keep the course aligned with the latest

 ● market demands.

● Any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Desired Skills Sets:

● Strong communication, classroom facilitation, and mentoring skills.

● Willingness to work full-time, on-site at one of the specified academy locations.

● Proficiency in Python or R, with practical experience using data analytics and machine learning libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

● In-depth understanding of ML algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning), model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.

● Strong skills in data wrangling, cleaning, and transformation, with experience handling missing values, outliers, and different data types.

● Expertise in data visualization using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and libraries such as Matplotlib and Seaborn.

● Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, BigQuery, and big data ecosystems like Apache Spark and Hadoop.

● Understanding of cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable analytics and model deployment.

● Knowledge of AI applications such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) and experience working with unstructured data is a plus.

● Experience with AI/ML automation tools like KNIME, RapidMiner, or relevant AutoML platforms.

● Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical learners and bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in AI, Data Analytics, or related domains (mandatory). At least 1 year of teaching experience in a technical or training capacity.

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical discipline.
