About the Organization

The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi, is the apex body in India for the formulation, coordination and promotion of biomedical research. Established in 1911, it is one of the oldest medical research bodies in the world.

Job Responsibilities

• Epidemiological studies
• Data Analysis
• Analytics and Reporting
• Collaboration with team
• Building capacity within the team
• Any other work assigned

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Professionals holding: MBBS/BDS degrees, with minimum 3 years’ experience in analyzing data of health research projects

                                    OR

• MD Community Medicine

                                     OR

• MPH/M.Sc. in Biostatistics with minimum 3 years’ experience in analyzing data of health research projects after obtaining Masters’ degree

                                      OR

• PhD. in Biostatistics with minimum 3 years’ experience in analyzing data of health research projects after obtaining Masters’ degree

Desirable Experience

• At least 5 publications in peer reviewed journal
• Having knowledge of at least one widely used data analysis software e.g.: STATA/ SPSS/R language

Salary

Rs. 1,80,000/- per month
