Job Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for employees as per the research proposal and management needs.
• Administer pre and post-tests, maintain logs, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare periodic reports on all training sessions and program outcomes.
• Develop evidence-based training content tailored to the nature and needs of the employee’s population.
• Conduct clinical assessments and provide ongoing therapy sessions for clinic clients.
• Maintain clinical records accurately and confidentially.
• Identify and manage red-flag cases and escalate appropriately to the concerned team.
• Organize awareness campaigns and interactive employee engagement activities.
• Prepare IEC materials, posters, and communication content for awareness initiatives.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• M. Phil in Psychiatric Social Work/ Psychology or Masters of Social Work, MSc.
• In Psychology with 2 years of work experience in mental health.
• Candidates with research experience in the field of Suicide Prevention are preferred. Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi language is essential. Rotation shifts will be maintained.

Salary

50,000/- per month. (Consolidated).
