Job Opening: Program Manager (Preferably Female)

Location: Pithampur Industrial Area, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: INR 5.40 Lakhs per annum (CTC)

About the Position

We invite applications for the position of Program Manager to lead and manage social development programs being implemented by Sambhav Social Service Organisation in Dhar, Dewas and Indore. The role requires strong program management capabilities, stakeholder coordination, and field-level oversight to ensure effective planning, implementation, and reporting of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the programs.

• Coordinate with corporate partners, community stakeholders, local authorities, and internal teams.

• Ensure program objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in line with agreed deliverables.

• Supervise field teams and build their capacity through mentoring and reviews.

• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and impact assessments.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and CSR guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or allied fields.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in program management, preferably in CSR, community development, or social sector projects.

• Skills: Strong communication, documentation, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Willingness to work in a field-oriented environment.

Working Schedule

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Location

• The position is based at Pithampur Industrial Area and involves local travel for program-related activities.
