The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow is a public business school in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was established in 1984 as the fourth Indian Institute of Management by the Government of India. IIM Lucknow offers post-graduate diploma, fellowship and executive programs in management.

Job Description

The candidate is required to:

• Assist the Project Assistant Manager Associate in the literature review for the background of the project
• Assist the Project Assistant Manager with Primary Data collection and Documentation of field notes and field visits for the project
• Coordinate with the Project Assistant Manager for the primary data collection efforts and consolidate and compile the data gathered
• Assist the Project Assistant Manager in the preparation of a professional report for the project’

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Essential – Graduate in any field with a first-class academic record throughout
• Essential – Proficient in MS Office tools, any data analysis tools such as SPSS, R, or Python, comfortable with qualitative research as well
• Preferred – Research experience or experience of working on relevant projects, including field work of three years
• Preferred – Candidates with an MBA or Pursuing a PhD

Salary

The candidate will receive a consolidated remuneration between Rs 25,000 to 35,000/- per month, depending on the educational qualification, relevant experience, and suitability for the position. Eligible candidate might also be suitably remunerated. No other allowances or benefits would be provided. The appointment is purely on a contractual basis.
