The Raj Kumari Foundation is a non – governmental organization (NGO) headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, with a focus on implementing development sector projects across various states in India. We are currently seeking a project intern to join our team.

Job Description

We are seeking a Project intern to join our team. As a Project Intern, you will support the project management team in executing various tasks related to current and upcoming projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to gain practical experience in project coordination, communication, and organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement project related activities on-ground such as distribution of sanitary pads, tablets, food packets etc.
• Assist in tracking and monitoring project progress and timelines.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation (e.g. project plans, status reports, schedule etc.)
• Help coordinate meetings and ensure effective communication between project stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups on action items.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently post graduated with a degree in Public health/Social work or in a related field.
• Ability to work in the field alone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A keen interest in project management and willingness to learn.
