Job Description

As an enumerator, you will conduct telephonic interviews with female candidates who have enrolled for the SkillReBoot program. You will report your progressto your supervisor, and you can contribute to improving the questionnaires by sharing your feedback and suggestions.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic interviews as per a daily calling schedule.
• Report progress to the supervisor.
• Help candidates or respondents understand the study and answer their questions.
• Improve questionnaire design by providing suggestions and feedback, if any.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to speak and understand English, as all the interviews will be conducted in English. Knowledge of another language is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Comfortable with using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Passionate about research and women empowerment.
• Detail-oriented, great communication skills, and ability to give and take feedback.

Salary: ₹40,000/month depending on experience and skills
