Job Purpose

Drive growth through social media campaigns, content creation, influencer collaborations, and collaborations with the parent community and other stakeholders.

Job Description

● Run social media campaigns with the social media team lead

● Develop engaging/ trending online content like videos and reels

● Facilitate Insta Live and Facebook Live

● Create a series of Everyday Hero / Celebrating Caregivers stories by interacting with the young adults and parents

● Crosslink with potential stakeholders and build a database of strong influencers

● Reach out to influencers and brand for collaboration

● Track weekly analytics and create monthly dashboard to check what is working for us

● Analyse content success

● Drive traffic to company website

● Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels

● Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

● Build better SEO and form a bank of appropriate Tags, keywords Hashtags

Knowledge

Bachelor's Degree in Advertising or Marketing

Working knowledge of Video editing, Storytelling, and Proficiency with Canva

Specific Skills

● Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

● Good Editing skills

● Self-motivated

● Team-oriented

● Goal-oriented

● Strong Attention to Detail.
