About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven professional to lead fundraising and partnership development through corporates, HNIs, institutions, and government bodies. The role focuses on securing CSR funding, building relationships, signing MoUs, and driving impactful initiatives.

There will full support from founder but initially the candidate will be expected to manage end-to-end activities independently for the first 2-3 months while the team is being built. As we expand, we’re open to discussing a stake or key leadership role within the NGO based on performance and shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure funding opportunities through corporate CSR, HNI donors, and institutional partnerships.
• Build and manage relationships with corporates, foundations, government departments, and key stakeholders.
• Lead proposal development, presentations, and MoU signings with potential partners.
• Achieve fundraising and partnership targets with minimal supervision.
• Represent the organization at key meetings and events to enhance visibility and credibility.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach, proposals, and partnership progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or Postgraduate with 5+ years of proven experience in fundraising, CSR
• partnerships, or business development.
• We’re looking for a dynamic candidate with hands-on experience in direct sales and
• NGO fundraising, and a proven record of successful fundraising outcomes.
• Strong network with corporates, foundations, Govt body and HNI circles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results under timelines.
• Willingness to travel within Delhi–NCR regularly.
