Britannia Nutrition Foundation (BNF) invites proposals from qualified agencies to conduct Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) training focused on Adolescent Anaemia Prevention & 1000 Golden Days across 13 BNF locations. The training will be delivered in regional languages, including Hindi, Assamese, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati, Odia, and Kannada. The objective is to enhance the capacity of field teams and community workers in promoting improved nutrition behaviours.

Through targeted interventions, BNF aims to improve health outcomes for children, adolescents, pregnant and lactating women, and other at-risk populations. By leveraging partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and community stakeholders, BNF works to create sustainable, impactful programs that enhance nutritional awareness, strengthen service delivery, and support the well-being of beneficiaries.

 Scope of Work

The selected agency will be responsible for:

• Designing and delivering BCC training modules (contents) on Adolescent Anaemia prevention & 1000 Golden Days tailored to community needs in Hindi, Assamese, Tamil, Odia, Marathi, Gujarati and Kannada.
• Designing and delivering innovative IEC games for usage in the community for the above-said topics
• Conducting training across 13 BNF locations within a period of 3 months, starting from May 2025.
• Training delivery in Hindi, Assamese, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati, Odia, and Kannada as per the regional requirements, utilizing interactive training methods, including role-plays, group discussions, and visual aids.
• Conducting pre-and post-training assessments to measure knowledge improvement.
• Submitting a detailed report post-training, including participant feedback and key learnings.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested agencies must meet the following criteria:

• Proven experience in conducting BCC training related to nutrition, maternal and child health.
• Experience working with community-based programs and CSR initiatives.
• Ability to deliver training in the required regional languages.
• Strong curriculum development expertise with culturally relevant content.
• Availability of qualified trainers with expertise in nutrition and behaviour change communication.

Proposal Submission Requirements

Agencies must submit a detailed proposal including:

• Company Profile: Experience in similar training programs.
• Technical Proposal: Approach, methodology, and training delivery plan.
• Financial Proposal: Detailed cost breakdown including training fees, travel, materials, and logistics.
• Trainer Profiles: Credentials and experience of trainers.
• Previous Work Samples: Relevant training modules or case studies.
• Timeline: A clear plan for training completion within the stipulated period.

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on:

• Relevance of Experience (30%) – Demonstrated experience in conducting similar training.
• Training Approach & Methodology (40%) – Quality and innovation in training delivery.
• Cost-effectiveness (10%) – Competitive pricing and budget efficiency.
• Trainer Expertise (20%) – Qualification and experience of trainers.

Language capability is a must.
