RFP for onboarding partner for media planning & buying agency for AAF ( Anil Agarwal Foundation)

Anil Agarwal Foundation, the umbrella entity of Vedanta’s social impact and community initiatives, is looking for an agency to take on the mandate of Media Planning & Buying for AAF and all social impact projects housed under business units of Vedanta such as Zinc, Aluminium, Iron Ore, Copper, Oil & Gas & Power.

Following is the major activities. 

Objectives: The primary objectives of the agency are as follows:

a. Procure media/ inventory at the best possible rates and placements to achieve maximum reach and impact for Anil Agarwal Foundation, as per its requirements.

b. Coordinate all necessary paperwork and documentation with media houses and publications to ensure smooth execution of media campaigns.

c. Handle third-party expenses, such as license payments, award entries, event/summit sponsorship participation, short audiovisual projects, and other related costs on behalf of the client.

Please submit your company’s profile, last 3 years financial statements, similar work done for corporates. We expect presentations / discussions (virtual or in person) to Vedanta’s Sports team to clarify queries if any or understand the requirements.
