Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following: 

  • Conducting 22 camps in a month
  • Conducting 6 hours of service delivery on field
  • Conducting Beneficiary Registration on OP form & update the details into Application through Android Tablet.
  • Collecting Beneficiary vitals (Temperature, BP & Pulse rate etc.) and captures details in OP form and Application through Android Tablet.
  • Conducting laboratory tests (RBS, RDT, Urine test & HB) as prescribed by the Doctor and captures details in OP form and application through Android Tablet.
  • Counselling and educating beneficiaries on health and Hygiene
  • Assisting the Doctor in Antenatal Checkups, basic dressing of the wounds and in conducting Awareness sessions on health days
  •  Collecting accurate health records of Beneficiaries in Application & Hard Copy Registers
  • Ensuring the availability of Consumables and working condition of the medical equipment’s
  • Maintaining Manual Records (OP form, Lab Consumables Registers, Stock Statement etc.) and providing when required
  • Attending all the meeting organized by the Operations and Clinical team
  • Adhere to Bio Medical Waste management procedure

Experience required

  • B.Sc. (Nursing)/ANM/GNM and 1+ years of experience
  • Local candidates will be given preference.

Essential Skills:

  • Effective verbal and written communication Skills
  • Counseling skills.
  • Good Team Player.
  • Relationship building
  • Knowledge of running Mobile Medical Unit (MMU’s) would be an addition advantage.
