About the Organization

BIS is the National Standard Body of India established under the BIS Act 2016 for the harmonious development of the activities of standardization, marking and quality certification of goods and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.BIS has been providing traceability and tangibility benefits to the national economy in a number of ways – providing safe reliable quality goods; minimizing health hazards to consumers; promoting exports and imports substitute; control over proliferation of varieties etc. through standardization, certification and testing.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Regular Graduation in any discipline of Science/ Engineering/ BE/B-Tech from a recognized University
• Regular MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Sales, Retail Management, Logistics and Supply Management and Operations Management from a recognized University.

Work Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Marketing or equivalent fields (Preferably conversant with Management System Certification)

Salary

A consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand only), fixed for two years, will be paid to the Young Professional. The remuneration is subject to statutory deductions.
