National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj is an Indian autonomous research organisation under the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Job Description

• Preparation and Vetting Budgets of various training/research programs
• Preparation of Salary Bills of project Staff and Scrutiny of NRPs Resource fee, TA Bills and other payments.
• Preparation of Bills in Tally and PFMS for submission to Accounts division
• Liaison with the Auditors of C&AG, Internal & External auditors with regarding to the audit of financial statements and issue of Utilizations Certificates from time – to -time.
• To assist the Accounts division in preparation of annual accounts.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Post-graduation in Commerce/ICWAI/CA/ MBA(Finance)

                                      (or)

•  AAOs/AOs/Sr.AOs retired from any Government/autonomous bodies possessing graduation/post-graduation in commerce

Experience Essential:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts viz; preparation of budget and scrutiny of bills etc.

Desirable:

• Experience in Tally or any other accounting package.
• Computer Skills and preparation of PPT presentation.
