Job Responsibilities

• Be the front-facing leader for AIC-BIMTECH’s programs and initiatives.
• Leading the team to guide them in executing and managing incubation and innovation programs, schemes, activities, events, and daily operations
• Lead AIC BIMTECH to bring industry partnerships and to onboard innovation programs, driving outreach initiatives, securing key projects, funding and guiding start-ups.
• Build development strategies, lead the expansion network of partners Mentors and Investors while ensuring compliance with government policies and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Curate/onboard/bring and lead industry events for AIC BIMTECH and Lead overall operations for incubation centre.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• B.Tech/BBA/MBA/PGDM/M.Tech or an equivalent Graduate or Post Graduate qualification.

Experience:

• The candidate should have minimum 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years of experience in startup ecosystem as engaged in grants, programs, government schemes, incubation etc.
• Prior experience in startup ecosystem is essential. Thecandidate must possess a strong network within government schemes, startup and Incubation Eco-system, funding agencies, venture capitalists (VCs), corporates (innovation programs), industries, government departments, professionals, international trade bodies, mentors and academia.
• Candidate should have a proven track record of driving successful initiatives in this domain, demonstrating effective leadership and tangible results in this area.
