Job Description

The Assistant Manager of CSR at Herbalife will support the Corporate Responsibility team by assisting in the development, implementation, and management of CSR initiatives. Reporting to the Lead of CSR & ESG, this role requires a consistent, global approach to engaging and inspiring employees to contribute their skills, knowledge, experience, and energy across three strategic focus areas.

Job Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager, CSR, will be responsible for the CSR portfolio of the company. This role involves closely working with the CSR team to ensure all parameters are met and compliant, manage projects, engage stakeholders, ensure compliance, oversee budgets, contribute strategically, and stay abreast of regulatory changes. This ensures that the company’s CSR initiatives are impactful, sustainable, and aligned with both corporate and societal goals.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies).
  • Proven experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or related areas.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Passion for making a positive impact on society and the environment.
