Job Description
WJCF is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with demonstrated Stakeholder management, leadership and outstanding analytical skills. The Associate will report directly to the Senior Project Manager based in Delhi, work closely with the Korba team to support on-ground implementation and manage stakeholder relationships.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communications skills, strong analytical skills, be able to drive engagement with district team to oversee project implementation. We place great value on relevant qualities such as resourcefulness, responsibility, tenacity, energy, and work ethic.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of M&E framework, reporting mechanisms and tools to facilitate effective oversight and management at the state and district levels
- Support the project Manager, and Medical Officer in ensuring that the M&E and surveillance activities are aligned with programmatic work plans and inform policy processes
- Ensure strong alignment of project’s M&E framework with on-ground implementation.
- Build systems and processes for providing analytical outputs and devising necessary actionable insights.
- Generate robust evidence for project and programmatic learning that leads to action, decision-making and influence.
- Conduct field visits for supervision and to implement course corrections, aimed at enhancing the project team's capacity to achieve programmatic goals
- Synthesize results and disseminate them internally and externally through presentations, reports, briefs and publications
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders in government, donors and NGOs (as required), and ensure maximum coordination of resources and effort
- Support the team in donor reporting activities including consolidation of relevant data and evidence of impact.
- Lead the development of study design & research and evaluation tools, including research protocols, ethics applications, and standard operating procedures (quantitative and qualitative)
- Where relevant, liaise with academic institutions and/or other implementing partners that might have relevant data that can be leveraged for program monitoring.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree Economics, Public Health, Business Studies, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in M&E, analytics or research
- High level of proficiency in Statistical Tools, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical (quantitative and qualitative) skills with the ability to effectively communicate (orally and in written form) to a variety of audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities, as well as creative thinking capabilities
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be effective under tight deadlines and in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to travel
