We're looking for exceptional individual/s to join our team. If you enjoy teaching students and help them gain insights, then we currently have a position open in our Academics team.

Please find below the detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning of the teaching programme including an orientation programme in consultation with the HOD Academics.
• Planning for students’ Practical experience, ward assignments and trainings in consultation with the HOD Academics.
• Planning of curriculum with the cooperation and collaboration of the HOD Academics.
• Teaching classroom and clinical courses.
• Preparation for classes and demonstration, displays of educational material on the notice board.
• Guidance to students in methods of study and use of reference books and library, individual attention to students when necessary, including individual assignments.
• Conduct of periodical and terminal tests.
• Organization of seminars, webinars, panel discussion, debates etc.
• Ensuring that students who go in for examination fulfill all requirements.
• Organizing recreational and social programmes.
• Oversee students’ lab and clinical work.
• Mentor & counsel the students for job placements.
• As per the guidelines given by academic counsel of TMF, the candidate should be able to help in the content development.
• Grading coursework and evaluating clinical lab performance.
• Participating in professional associations and representing their educational institution.
• Maintenance of permanent/cumulative record of students.
• Staying up-to-date with clinical trends.
• Maintain inventory of medical equipment for training and impart appropriate knowledge.

• Excellent professional knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills.
• 1 Year of teaching/training experience along with 4 -5 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Broad-minded personality, which is open and curious about new teaching methods, responsible, reliable, team-minded and resilient.
• Willingness to travel within the city for conducting the sessions.
• Attention to detail, empathy and inclusive approach.

Qualification:  B.Sc. (Nursing) or M.Sc. Nursing/ Emergency Medical Technician/ B.Sc /MSc  in Emergency care/ Diploma/Bachelors/VOC/Graduation in trauma and emergency care.

Experience: Minimum 3+years of Clinical experience in Emergency department/ ICU.
