Job Description
Assistant Manager - Corporate Relations plays a vital role in fostering and maintaining relationships with corporate entities and driving business growth for the organization. This position involves identifying potential corporate partners, building connections, and establishing beneficial collaborations to meet business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify potential corporate clients that would benefit from ICTAK's training programs. Reach out to them through various channels, such as email campaigns, direct mailers, and phone calls and promote corporate training programs such as Fresher enablement program, employee upskilling programs and other tailor made technology training programs
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in target corporate organizations. Initiate and maintain regular communication to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements.
- Partnership Development: Develop innovative partnership proposals and pitch ideas to corporate entities, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of collaborating with the organization. Tailor proposals to meet the specific needs and objectives of potential partners.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and target markets for corporate partnerships. Develop strategies to expand the organization's reach and secure partnerships with diverse industries and sectors.
- Collaboration and Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand business opportunities and professional connections
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including leads, meetings, proposals, and outcomes. Prepare regular reports on partnership development, progress, and achievements for management review.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Master's degree in business administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in using MS Office suite, and other Google tools
