Job Position: Associate Manager - CSR Programs
Locations: Ahmedabad
No. of Position: 1
CTC: 7.2 LPA - 8.40 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)
About the Position:
BharatCares is seeking an Associate Manager for CSR Programs to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling on-ground project implementation and client relationships. This role involves managing CSR initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of education, skill development, and livelihood programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and Mapping:
- Identify and map potential government agencies, NGOs, CSR foundations, academic institutes, and schools aligned with education, skill development, and livelihood programs.
- Engage and network with government agencies, including municipal bodies, state skill development missions, industries departments, and rural development agencies.
Partnership and Networking:
- Support and lead partnerships with potential institutes for ground-level implementation of skilling programs.
- Strengthen the base of skill development programs through effective partnerships.
- Maintain a brief knowledge of the corporate ecosystem, corporate communications, partnerships, and CSR networking.
Strategy and Proposal Development:
- Identify potential strategy areas, develop proposals, and conduct research to support policymaking.
- Conceptualize various program models, draft proposals with budgets, and present them to internal and external stakeholders.
Team Management:
- Manage a team of 5-10 members working on various projects.
- Provide guidance, monitor progress, and coordinate with top management for on-ground project insights.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate daily with project partners, assess project progress, and ensure effective implementation.
- Maintain MIS and project dashboards in line with the organization’s requirements.
- Monitor and track project details, data, and records of all stakeholders for better coordination.
External Communication:
- Engage with client organizations to enable and manage program implementation.
- Onboard new learners and ensure end-to-end program execution and engagement.
- Participate in building, structuring, and developing internal knowledge at the organization level.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:
- Post-graduate degree in Management or Social Development with a preference for those having a multidisciplinary academic profile.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the development sector, consulting, or think tanks.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience in managing and developing a team.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and drive new initiatives.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including the core team, staff, community leaders, donors, and funded partners.
- Ability to make informed decisions regarding priorities and time management.
- Capability to switch gears at a moment’s notice and execute work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
