Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluates and balances needs of various stakeholders
• Domain decomposition - Applying domain expertise in evaluating business operations and processes
• Identify relevant platform modules to be modified/configured to create a solution
• Coordinate System Design with Solution Architect.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system constraints and propose feasible solutions.
• Document the requirements through user   stories, use cases, storyboards, wireframes, and other representations.

Qualifications: 

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as information technology, computer science, engineering, or Masters in Computer Application is often required

Desirable Experience: 

• 12+ Years. Experience in Product Implementation projects will be preferred

Skills (Must have):

• Ability to analyses various requirements and juxtapose with each other to create a well-rounded design
• Ability to understand the needs in terms or actors and transactions to guide the system design
• Expertise in a platform of choice (e.g. - DIGIT)
• Advanced systems thinking skills
