About the Role:

At CSRBOX, we're building a powerful network for change, and we're looking for CEO's Fellows (4 Positions, Location-Ahmedabad) to join our mission.

 

Our collaborative network is vast, encompassing over 42% of the BSE 500 companies, 12 state governments, and 175 districts across India. We anchor three impactful multi-stakeholder initiatives and partner with leading global philanthropies on the ambitious 'Bharat-Impact' roadmap.

 

The Opportunity: CEO's Fellow

We are seeking a remarkable individual, a CEO's Fellow, to join our senior leadership team. This is not just a role; it's a transformative experience that will propel your career in the social impact sector.

 

What You'll Do:

• Shape Strategy: Work directly with the CEO and leadership to define CSRBOX's future direction and strategic priorities.
• Streamline Operations: Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Spearhead Initiatives: Take ownership of high-impact projects that strengthen India's development ecosystem.
• Engage with Key Stakeholders: Build relationships with leading impact professionals, policymakers, and funders to shape impactful programs.

Who We Seek:

• A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Development Studies, Public Policy, Business Administration)
• 2+ years of professional experience in the development sector, consulting, or a related field.
• A strong academic record with a demonstrated passion for social impact.
• A data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
