About the Organization
Established in 2007, the National Health Systems Resource Centre, a premier Think Tank for MoHFW, is mandated to assist in policy and strategy development in the provision and mobilization of technical assistance to the states and in capacity building for the Ministry of Health.
Job Description/Responsibilities
The expected roles of the incumbent are summarised below –
- Support in the conduct of the National level assessments in the allocated states from receipt of application till result declaration.
- To monitor all certification-related activities and ensure completion of activities in a time bound manner.
- Correspondence of final reports for final decision-making on the Quality Certification Status of assessed facilities.
- Manage the data generated for the preparation of fact sheets/data sets for analysis and putting up for national-level review.
- Tracking of result declaration & certificate preparation.
- Coordination for National Level External Assessors Training.
- Management of pool of Empanelled External Assessors & Ayushman Assessors.
- Preparation of the certification guidelines, short notes, and resource materials for certification activities.
- Any other responsibility as allocated by Advisor- Quality & Patient Safety
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
For achieving above-mentioned deliverables, the applicant is expected to possess following qualifications & experience –
Essential Qualification –
- Possess at least two years’ full-time Post graduate degree from a reputed institute:
- Master’s in Hospital Administration
- Master’s in Public Health
- Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management
Experience:
- At least two years of post-qualification work experience of managing NQAS certification at the State or National Level.
