About the Organization

National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) is a technical support institution under the National Health Mission (NHM), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. NHSRC works closely with the MoHFW and the States for Health Systems strengthening and supporting implementation of other interventions under the NHM. Work at the NHSRC is organised around seven divisions, namely – Community Processes & Comprehensive Primary Care, Healthcare Financing, Healthcare Technology, Human Resources for Health, Knowledge Management Division, Public Health Administration and Quality & Patient Safety.

Job Description

• Working out the yearly indent for NLEP on requirement of MDT drugs for sending to the WHO.
• ScruƟnize drug indent received from States/UTs and calculate supply to be made to the States/UTs.
• Co-ordinate of MDT drugs supply from WHO to GMSDs and from GMSDs to States/UTs.
• Issue release order to the concerned GMSDs: Karnal, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai and GuwahaƟ for dispatching the drugs to the States/UTs.
• Making payments of transportaƟon Charges to concerned GMSDs in r/o dispatching drugs to States/UTs.
• The monthly MDT stock posiƟons received from GMSDs are compiled for submission to WHO for supply of drugs in Ɵme.
• To monitor MDT drugs stock posiƟon at the level of PHC, District and States/UTs and take suitable acƟon

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate

 Experience:

• 5 years experience in the field of procurement, supply and management of stores. Knowledge of Computer and Internet usage.

Salary

Rs. 40,000/- per month (Consolidated)
