Job Description
- Metagenome analysis: Isolation of DNA from different soil samples and QIIME analysis of the DNA sequence (provided by vendor).
- -Soil analysis (enzymes, SOC, Total carbon, Nitrogen)
- -Isolation of PGPR from soil samples and their DNA extraction for molecular identification.
- -Interactive study of bacteria and fungus.
- -Growth curve analysis.
